East End Pest Control

Since 1980, East End Pest Control has been a family-owned and operated business based on Shelter Island, NY. In 2015 PJ Lechmanski purchased the business. Since then, he and his wife, Judith, have continued the tradition of excellent service and community-involvement.

Our Pesticide Application Licenses are issued by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC). In order to obtain these licenses, our applicators must complete rigorous courses. We are diligent in staying up-to-date on our certifications and licenses and must renew every 3 years. Below is the current list of licenses East End Pest Control possesses.

7F - Food Processing: Required to treat areas, other than individual residences, where exposed food or food products are prepared, packaged or held for further distribution or consumption, including the use of fumigants to control appropriate food pests.

7C - Termite: Identify and treat termite species.

7A - Structural & Rodent Control: To control rodents, roaches, ants, fleas, ticks and stinging and biting insects within or associated with structures, excluding food processing areas and post construction wood destroying organisms. This category does not include termiticides.

3A - Ornamentals, Shade Trees & Turf: Maintenance/production of ornamental and shade trees, shrubs, flowers and turf.
